The Annual General Body Meeting of the Press Club, Mumbai will be held on Friday, July 23, 2010 at 1.30 pm at the Club premises to transact the following business:
1. To Read and confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Jun 26, 2009.
2. To consider and if found fit, adopt the Report of the Managing Committee for the previous year;
3. To consider and if found fit, adopt the audited statement of Accounts of the Club for the previous year;
4. To declare the election of the President, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Jt. Secretary, Treasurer and 10 members of the Managing Committee; [This item will be taken up on July 24, 2010 from 12 Noon to 7 pm. For details refer Election Schedule]
5. To appoint an Internal Auditor to assist and advise the President.
6. To appoint a five-member Membership Review/Scrutiny Committee
7. To appoint the Auditor and to fix his remuneration.
8. To transact any other business with the consent of the chair.
